I am responsible for 90 clients and on premises server - assuring that all technical services are available and running at all times.
I started my professional life working as Office Manager, Sales Team- and Marketing Assistant, where I supported international teams within the telecommunication-, venture capital- and IT- industry. Next to general office management I scheduled and lead events, invoiced partners travelling activities and performed customer acquisition on exhibitions.
As Customer Service Specialist at Amadeus I was responsible for the technical support of all e-commerce and airline IT products. Based on the incident management process (ITIL) I prioritized, analysed, recovered, escalated, reported incidents/problems and was interface between problem and change management. I successfully introduced the incident management process worldwide, coached newcomers, created and maintained relevant processes and procedures.
As Project Consultant I supported the implementation of an ERP - web service solution at Siemens director level. With the acquisition of customer requirements I created IT-concepts, system documentations, test scripts, statistics and assured the applied changes where implemented correct. I was 2nd level support to user helpdesk and testing team and as well performed and documented system tests.
As Project Manager I supported the setup of the European headquarters of GoPro in Munich, where I coordinated the strategic and operational IT/office infrastructure setup. I also was technical support to all users, performed office-, facility-management, recruiting and onboarding of new staff members.
As IT Consultant I supported one of the leading IT projects at BMW. Within the GCDM requirements management (RM) I coordinated the entry of all addressed change proposals for all products and services, monitored the implementation progress of all requirements, maintained status quos; enhanced/ maintained the RM process and performed HP ALM system administration.
At ROBINSON Club Kyllini Beach I supported the reopening of the club by setting up the daily operating business for the information center as Division Head, leading 7 staff members. Assuring our team always achieved 100% customer satisfaction while enjoying working where others spend their most beautiful holidays.
During my work and travel I supported the social project "I AM FROM HERE" in Sulawesi-Indonesia, where I taught local kids English as well as environmental awareness and creative recycling. I created a corporate ID including their website and social media which supports the project today when talking to authorities.
